I’m a changed woman since starting the program. My brain is functioning so much better. My depression , which I did not realize had become so bad, has lifted. My constant joint pain has all but disappeared. I am also recovering from such a loss of self-identity due to all the pain and illness I’ve suffered since my menopause went untreated for so long.
